County commissioners in Lubbock County, Texas, have voted to ban transporting another person on its roads to receive an abortion. The commission voted 3-0 Monday to declare itself a “Sanctuary County for the Unborn,” making it the largest of four Texas and two New Mexico counties to approve the ordinance.
