West Bengal assembly polls: 4,000 police personnel, 102 companies of central forces to man Kolkata streets today

As the southern suburbs of the city readies itself for the assembly polls on Saturday, Lalbazar - under the supervision of Election Commission (EC) - has drawn up an elaborate security plan with 102 companies of central forces and 4,000 Kolkata Police personnel.
