National Herald Case: Rahul Gandhi To Get Non-Diplomatic Passport As Court Grants NOC

Former Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has filed the reply in the Delhi Court, opposing Rahul Gandhi's plea and submitted that the Applicant (Rahul Gandhi) has no-valid or effective reason for the passport to be issued for 10 years.
