The Congress party in Rajasthan has announced five new guarantees to voters, bringing the total to seven. The new commitments include making the reinstated Old Pension Scheme irreversible, purchasing cattle dung from farmers, providing a laptop or tablet to freshers in government colleges, offering free English-medium education through Mahatma Gandhi English Schools, and providing insurance of Rs 15 lakh to families affected by natural calamities. The party plans to organize "guarantee camps" across the state to deliver on these promises and register beneficiaries for "guarantee cards".
