From penthouses to LIG flats, DDA scheme will have it all

The Delhi Development Authority has approved the Festival Special Housing Scheme, 2023, which will offer over 32,000 flats for sale in various categories at Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. This includes more than 1,100 luxury flats, which will be offered through an e-auction. Registration is expected to begin within a week. The scheme also allows individuals to own multiple houses, without any condition regarding previous property ownership. The application process, from applying to allotment and possession, will be conducted online through the DDA website.
