Opposition seeks Amit Shah's remark on breach, stalls Parliament again

Both Houses of Parliament failed to transact any business on Friday as opposition members protested over Wednesday's security breach in the Lok Sabha and sought a statement from home minister Amit Shah, followed by a discussion. The Lower House was adjourned till 2pm within moments of meeting in the morning before being adjourned for the day. The Rajya Sabha witnessed a similar scene. The opposition also protested against the suspension of 14 MPs after they had demanded a statement from the home minster in the House on the breach.
