CAA to be implemented before Lok Sabha polls: Amit Shah

Home minister Amit Shah accused Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi of inventing a conspiracy theory about the caste census by bringing up Prime Minister Narendra Modi's caste, while claiming that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) would be notified before the Lok Sabha elections.
