'PM Modi's guarantee doesn't stop at Indian borders, it's global': Jaishankar

Addressing a forum for nationalist thinkers in Hyderabad on Tuesday, the EAM said, "Modi's guarantee doesn't stop at the borders of India. Modi's guarantee is global."
