'Desperate & lying': BJP, Congress echo each other’s tone and tenor

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has written to PM Narendra Modi that his letter to NDA candidates betrays a desperation, and he wants the candidates to “amplify lies” because his own lies are not having the effect he had hoped. ​BJP alleged on Thursday that Congress has been carrying out a “desperate campaign of lies, misinformation and appeasement politics” for votes in the Lok Sabha polls.
