Trans equality organisation welcomes decision to challenge UK Government’s veto of Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill

Scottish Trans, the trans equality project of LGBTI equality and human rights charity the Equality Network, has welcomed the Scottish Government’s announcement that they will seek to overturn the UK Government’s block of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.
