"Operation Moonlight": Secret Service accused of misusing resources

A new report claims the Secret Service misused government resources when they were sent to rural Maryland to check on the then-director's assistant, who was having problems with neighbors and felt threatened. CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante reports.
