Kansas Republican Sen. Moran says 'cyber-criminal' stole nearly $700K from campaign

Kansas Sen. Jerry Moran's campaign reported that "cyber-criminals" stole nearly $700,000 from his campaign in the fall and the theft is under investigation by the FBI.
