Conrad and her husband, Brian, joined the PSB family in early 2018 as franchisees of 360° Painting in the Chicago suburbs, earning the "Rookie of the Year" honor. Their success showcased Conrad's customer service mindset and her marketing acumen. In November 2022, Conrad took on the role of Brand President for 360° Painting, where she was instrumental in bridging the gap between franchisees and the franchisor, earning respect and trust within the community. Earlier this year, Conrad was named Senior Vice President of Operations for PSB, where she began implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the company's nine home services brands.
