WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE: GVA) today announced results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. First Quarter 2024 Results Net loss attributable to Granite Construction Incorporated totaled $31 million, or $(0.70) per diluted share, compared to net loss attributable to Granite Construction Incorporated of $23 million, or $(0.53) per diluted share, for the same period in the prior year. Adjusted net loss attributable to Granite Construction Incor
