Xbox, PlayStation networks go down on Christmas Day

Gamers who unwrapped a new console on Christmas were disappointed when the online networks for both Xbox and PlayStation went down. A hacking group calling itself Lizard Squad took credit for the disruptions. Tara Mergener reports.
