It’s still pretty difficult to get an iPhone 13 today due to the very constrained inventory, which in turn is the result of the component shortage, but everybody already seems to be talking about the next-generation iPhone coming in the fall of 2022. And it all happens for a very good reason, as the iPhone 14 is projected to introduce a series of major changes, including the demise of the notch. That’s right, Apple is preparing to ditch the notch, and the alternative approach the company seems to be favoring right now is a punch-hole display similar to the one currently used on Samsung’s high-end models.
