Ryanair, Jet2, Easyjet, TUI passengers can pay £21 to escape fee

Ryanair's luggage allowance specifies that all non-priority passengers are entitled to one small hand luggage item measuring no more than 40 x 20 x 25cm, which must fit under the seat in front of you.
