Texas State University student sues Pi Kappa Phi fraternity over attack

A gang of fraternity brothers of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity appeared to be attacking a student and beating him badly in a disturbing video. The student said it started because the group thought he was a member of a rival frat. Now he is suing the fraternity and university. Laura Podesta reports.
