Ferguson grand jury rejects charges against officer Darren Wilson

Robert McCulloch, the St. Louis County prosecuting attorney, is facing intense criticism after he failed to secure an indictment against police officer Darren Wilson. McCulloch made the announcement Monday evening and released all of the evidence considered by the grand jury. Mark Strassmann reports from Ferguson.
