Protests continue following Ferguson grand jury decision

More than 2,000 Missouri National Guard troops are on duty in and around Ferguson. Police made 45 arrests in Ferguson overnight as protests continued in response to the grand jury decision not to charge office Darren Wilson. Vladimir Duthiers reports.
