Tulsa Police Shooting

Eugene O’Donnell, Professor of Police Studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, joins UTTM to discuss a Tulsa reserve deputy turning himself in on a second degree manslaughter charge in the shooting death of an unarmed man. The volunteer officer says the shooting, which was caught on tape, was an accident.
