German investigators are going through items seized from the homes of Andreas Lubitz, the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525. German news magazine Der Spiegel reports they found evidence that Lubitz was mentally ill. The news is forcing regulators to look more closely at how to ensure that pilots are fit to fly.
