Aid arrives as Libya copes with flooding aftermath

A week after a devastating flood in the Libyan city of Derna, aid is now arriving in the country to help survivors. The official death toll is 3,166, but the World Health Organization estimates that 3,958 bodies have already been recovered. Around 9,000 people are still missing. The flood was caused by two dams upstream bursting under the pressure of torrential rains from Storm Daniel.
