Italy PM Giorgia Meloni splits from partner after his sexist TV comments

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has announced her separation from her partner, television journalist Andrea Giambruno. Giambruno has faced criticism for making sexist comments both on and off air. The couple, who were together for almost 10 years, have a seven-year-old daughter. Giambruno is a presenter for Mediaset, owned by the heirs of former premier Silvio Berlusconi. Recently, off-air excerpts from Giambruno's program showed him using foul language and making inappropriate advances towards a female colleague.
