After 17 Days Rescuers Finally Reach 41 Trapped Miners in India

Indian authorities said rescuers resorted to the illegal method of “rat-hole” mining to free all 41 trapped miners inside a collapsed portion of the Silkyara tunnel in India’s Meghalaya state.
