North Korea's Kim Jong Un oversees test-firing of submarine-launched cruise missiles

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the test-firing of submarine-launched cruise missiles, including the new strategic cruise missile Pulhwasal-3-31. The missiles hit preset targets after flying for 7,421 and 7,445 seconds. The South Korean military detected the launch of several cruise missiles near the shipyard where a North Korean submarine is being built.
