Hillary Clinton has garnered 64,223,958 votes, compared to Donald Trump’s 62,206,395 votes.

Hillary Clinton’s lead over Donald Trump in the popular vote has surpassed 2 million, according to Dave Wasserman of the nonpartisan Cook Political Report.

Despite Clinton’s lead in the popular vote, it was Trump who prevailed on Election Day by clinching 270 Electoral College votes..

Hillary Clinton now has over 2 million more votes for President than Donald Trump.

Everyone knows, that the popular vote does not decide the election, the electoral college does, but it’s important to note that Clinton’s lead is the biggest ever by a losing candidate.

In 2000, Al Gore had around 500,000 more votes than George W.

Bush, which up until now was the previous largest margin of votes.

Clinton has 4 times that.
