News video: Congress to Vote on New Bill for Medical ResearchOn Tuesday, Republicans and Democrats put the finishing touches on a $6.3 billion medical research bill as GOP leaders prepare to try and push the measure through a lame-duck Congress by next week. While Democrats and consumer groups were reportedly unhappy with parts of the legislation, it does contain enough accomplishments for both sides that passage seems likely.
