The journey for Rogue One: A Star Wars story has not always been an easy one. First, the flick lost it's original director during the development process. Then, during the summer of 2016, after the first trailers had been released, the film went through extensive and expensive reshoots. Slowly and surely, Disney and Lucasfilms went on a marketing blitz to soothe fan anxiety and build hype for a new kind of Star Wars movie. Fans came on board and have been hooked by the marketing of the movie.
