The call, in which Dr. Michael Farzam speaks with a 911 operator regarding the rapper's mental condition shines a light on the events of the evening and the performer’s state of mind when his loved ones decided that he needed to be examined by doctors. On the call Farzam explains to the operator that he’d like police present when the rapper is transported, because he feels the paramedics aren’t going to be “enough” to handle West in his state of mind. Since the call, West has been released from the hospital and is now back at home recuperating.
