The annual festivities including red carpets, art fairs, poolside parties, and performances, are continuing as planned, even though the first U.S. mainland cases of Zika were reported in Miami Beach over the summer. Health officials have declared outbreaks in Wynwood and other sections of Miami Beach to be over. Celebrities present at Art Basel parties have included Sarah Jessica Parker, Heidi Klum, and Venus Williams.
