News video: Man Pleads Guilty To Buying San Bernardino Attack RiflesOn Thursday, A California man who purchased rifles used in the San Bernardino terror attack pleaded guilty. Enrique Marquez Jr. appeared in federal court in Riverside and appeared choked up after the prosecutor described what he had done. Marquez told the judge he understood the allegations and consequences of the plea agreement with prosecutors. The agreement could spare him a trial but give him up to 25 years in prison. Gregory Clayborn, the father of one of the people killed, opposed the deal, saying marquez was merely given a slap on the wrist.
