Nicholas Flamel, is the character who created the philosopher’s stone in Harry Potter, which he used to make a potion that turns someone immortal. Flamel is based off of a real-life writer from Paris who is said to have researched remedies that cause a person to have everlasting life. Another fun fact is that J.K.
