rev up your engines... folks from across the country ride into panama city beach for the 13th annual emerald coast cruizin' car show. the event is expected to attract thousands of cool cars this veterans day weekend...and as news13's keneisha deas tells us, you may also catch a celebrity or two. hot rod enthusiasts both near and far...

"batmobile - '77 corvette!' pack aaron bessant park this veterans day weekend to show off their wheels. emerald coast cruizin promoter robert parish says more will be here by saturday. &lt;robert parrish, emerald coast cruizin' event promoter "we're expecting 3,000 cars from all over the country. we've got - i think there's 24 states we've seen as of this morning." he says some folks from sweden are even flying in. erik estrada better known as 'ponch' from the show hit show 'chips', also stopped by. erik estrada, 'ponch' from chips "i'm synonymous with bikes, i can tell you everywhere i go, 'where's your bike?' where's your bike? i said it's in my room!" organizers say many folks like estrada are 'driven' to come because of their love for good food, fun, and of course cars. hilda, thomason, georgia mountain fairgrounds general manager "i just think it's in their blood. they've done this all their life. alot of them have and gone to a lot of car shows and probably been a lot of race car drivers here as well." and with that in mind parrish says emerald coast cruizin', just keeps getting bigger and better.

"more people, they keep coming to more and more, and far and far, off you know so, it just keeps growing and of course we're getting so big now, we're going to have to start thinking about other venues." in panama city beach, keneisha deas - news 13.> regular admission is twelve dollars, the price for veterans - ten dollars. the show will continue tomorrow, from 8 to 5 p.m.
