Celebrity fitness trainer Joshua Lipsey has worked with stars like Kevin Jonas and Mario Lopez.

He gave Page Six an exclusive video workout with the help of his client, Corinne Olympios from "The Bachelor."

Joshua.Yes.I've been eating a lot of cheese pasta.Okay.In my quarantine, I need to get rid of it.I need to get rid of all the cheese pasta,all of the burritos, all the takeout.Let's do this.(energetic music)We're gonna do a full body workout.We're gonna start with lower body,we'll do a few core exercises,then we'll work on the gun show, work on the arm.Okay, so first one we're going to dois a rotational lunge.So you're going to put your hands together,you're going to lunge forward, and you're going to rotate.So, we talked about working the outside of your legs.So, on the rotation, on this lunge,we're going to target the hipand then you're going to square up, okay?So yeah, you can switch sides,and you want to go soft when you're stepping.Clench your foot and then lunge.Next one we're gonna do, we're gonna work the inside.So, if we work the outside,we always want to target the inside as well.So, we're gonna do a splayed squat,but we're gonna do a variation.So, you're gonna get down, lift your heels up,land, and then back up.Here, lift, beautiful, and then drive up.Down.Yeah, this is like a baby birthing position.(laughing)And if we want to be a little bit mean,we could stay down in this positiona little bit longer, add a couple seconds,and then come up, or we can also add in a pulse.How are you feeling?This is hard.It feels good though.We'll do one more lunge that targets the inside,and we're just going to modify how we stepso it targets the inside.So, you're going to give me a side lungeand you're just going to lean,but you're going to open your toe so that when you lunge,we're targeting the inside of your legas opposed to the quad, okay?So a lot of inside outside with this lower body.Okay, so we're done with that lower body stuff.We're gonna move on to some core work now, okay?OkayThis is called the side plank hip thrust, okay.So you're going to get down here,you're down on the side plank.Yeah, you can use your pillow,and we're just going to go into a side plankand lift your hips up and down.Now, if you can't do it with straight legs, Corinne,you can modify and bring this top leg in front,if you like.Just like that, okay.This arm can go up in the air,you can keep it on your hip if you want.Okay, that's the modified version, this is advanced.How's that?Is that better?Yeah.Okay, perfect.Now I just feel like a weakling.Let's move onto the next one, okay?You'll be down in a plank,you're gonna have your feet together,and you're just going to move your hips side to side.Wooh.How do you feel?I feel really good.Alright, so let's do a little burpee.Okay, so what we're going to dois you're going to give me a pushup,you're going to hop your feet inand then you're going to do two standing cross crunches.Okay, so we're going to get midsection,we're going to get your heart rate up a little bit.We'll burn some calories.I'll do it with you because I like to feel the pain as well.(intense music)Most people want to work the back of their arms.Okay, so, I'm going to give youthree exercises for that right now, okay.You're going to go down into like a dip position.So, fingers forward, like this, hips up,and you're going to go down, bend your elbows,and then when you lift, get your hips all the way up to 90.So we got triceps and then core as well, okay.Oh my god.So then.I literally just did one of themand I think I broke my freaking back of my arm.It's so hard!So my left hand is on the ground here.And my right, so if you're doing it from that side,you can put your right hand on the ground.So put, yeah.Now put the other arm under your chest.Now watch me, you're just going to push yourself upand come all the way back down.Beautiful.So this is a great exercise to target the triceps.Okay, so this is one you can modify.If you want to go down to your knees,you can, or your toes.Basically what you're going to dois you're just going to go from pushup position to plank.It's called a military.So up, up, down, down, okay?Okay, I got that.Six, great job.That is hard.Nicely done.Any other areas you wanna target?No.No?Please, god, no.That was a good job.So, Josh and I started working togetherbecause he has the best virtual training workoutsfor me, and for a lot of other people.And, for me it feels like he's right here with me,he makes me feel really comfortable,I'm not really going to gyms.I don't really feel comfortableeven going to the gym or going to my hot yoga classes,or anything like that.So, I really like love working with Joshbecause he gives me the experiencethat you would get at a gym or a workout class,like right here in my home.And, I don't even need equipment for it,so it's great.
