One terrorist, affiliated with the proscribed terror outfit, The Resistance Front, (TRF), was neutralised by security Forces in an encounter in the Kathohalan area of Shopian in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.The slain terrorist has been identified as Myser Ahmad Dar.
