Episode 98: Headmaster's Homeroom w/guest: Blind Artist

Blindartist here and will give us a short rundown.

He was a heavy equipment operator for 28 years; he retired after total loss of vision in his right eye due to an accident at work.

He’s a musician at heart, played in bands for years.

He went back to school and became an audio engineer and built a small home recording studio.

He has written a few songs and showcased them in Nashville.

He has won a plaque for outstanding artist of the year on an independent label.

He has also written a song and produced a music video about his son that was killed in a car accident.

He was called back to Nashville twice, but couldn’t come up with the money that they wanted to produce the song and video.

He went into a state of depression for a while…… this is when he decided to take a painting.

Although it was quite the challenge, but it gives him peace of mind… He still works weekends, doing life sound for bands for the last 20 years.

He enjoys it very much, in between he squeezes in some artwork.

Lol, Blindartist loves being creative…
