'Could've taken cash from Sahu': BJP's swipe at Congress

Congress' "crowdfunding campaign" attracted a cheeky response from BJP which dubbed the opposition party's initiative to seek contributions from people as hypocrisy and a deception. "Dhiraj Sahu se maang lete" (You could have taken from Dhiraj Sahu)", BJP said in a reference to Congress Rajya Sabha member from Jharkhand from whose premises more than Rs 350 crore in cash have been seized by the IT department. BJP said Congress' campaign was a double affront to the people who lost huge amounts of their money due to corruption under Congress rule and are now being asked to provide funds to the same party.
