The mother of Elianne Andam has paid tribute to her "smart and charismatic" daughter who "loved and touched everyone around her".
At a vigil in Croydon on Wednesday night, Dorcas Andam said she hoped Elianne's death would lead to changes in the penalties of knife crime.
