Iran Says It Has Agreed Hormuz Shipping Route With Oman

Iran says it has agreed with Oman on a geographic shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz, with its foreign ministry spokesman saying the deal is "in the final stages". Tehran claims the United States was not involved, while the US President has said Hormuz negotiations with Iran are "moving along very nicely".
