Police report: Panettiere was with on-and-off boyfriend when she died

A police report says actress Hayden Panettiere was with on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson when she died in Greenville, South Carolina. Brian Hickerson and Zach Hickerson made the 911 call that brought first responders to the apartment where Panettiere was found unresponsive. The 36-year-old was found in cardiac arrest; officials said there were no signs of foul play, and the official cause and manner of death remain under investigation.
