Apple hacking row: Mahua Moitra writes to Lok Sabha Speaker, alleges attack on fundamental rights

Moitra stated that this illegal surveillance by the government using state-sponsored software is a violation of citizens' fundamental rights. She also highlighted the use of Pegasus software to compromise the devices of opposition members, journalists, and civil society members. Apple has stated that it does not attribute the threat notifications to any specific state-sponsored attacker.
