Edwin Jackson is a German-born American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays / Rays, Detroit Tigers, Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals, Washington Nationals, Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, Miami Marlins, San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles and Oakland Athletics. Jackson was an All-Star in 2009 and threw a no-hitter on June 25, 2010. In 2018, he tied a Major League record by making an appearance for his 13th Major League team, when he was the starting pitcher for Oakland on June 25.
