A man accused of killing a British aid worker and disposing of her body in a suitcase has arrived for a court hearing in Athens.
Sharif Ahmadzai, a 26-year-old Afghan boxer, appeared in court in Athens on 6 August 2026 in connection with the death of Scottish aid worker Elisabeth Ross from Edinburgh. He faces charges including homicide with intent, robbery and weapons offences. One report says the victim's body was allegedly placed in a suitcase.
