British Cyclist Finlay Tarling Dies in Volta a Portugal Accident

British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, has died in a serious accident during stage eight of the Volta a Portugal. Tarling rode for the NSN Development Team and was the younger brother of Netcompany Ineos rider Josh Tarling. His team said it was "heartbroken" over the death.
