Feminist journalist Gloria Steinem dies at 92

Feminist activist and journalist Gloria Steinem has died at 92, her foundation said. She "passed away peacefully" at her home in New York City, "surrounded by many who loved her". Steinem co-founded Ms. Magazine and was a leading figure in the women's liberation movement, campaigning for gender equality, abortion rights, equal pay and against violence toward women.
