Four migrants die in Channel crossings off French coast

Four people died while attempting to cross the English Channel in small boats in two separate incidents off the French coast overnight, French officials said. Three women were found dead on a boat off Dunkirk on Thursday morning, the French coastguard said. The deaths came after one of the busiest days for Channel crossings this year.
