Settlers besiege Palestinian families in West Bank village of Qusra

Israeli settlers have besieged two Palestinian families in their homes in the West Bank village of Qusra since the weekend, cutting off water and electricity and blocking medical care, according to the Guardian. The BBC reported that Israeli security forces had reportedly withdrawn and about a dozen settlers were said to remain at the site.
