Driver charged with murder in fatal Los Angeles bus crash

Bailee Lynn Rios, 36, has been charged with murder after prosecutors said she drove an SUV under the influence of drugs on the wrong side of the road, ran a red light and crashed into a Los Angeles city bus, killing two passengers. The crash occurred on Tuesday and was being covered by an NBC news helicopter that also crashed.
