The opposition Student List is projected to secure a majority following nearly two years of protests. Vučić, who had been endorsed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and denounced the movement as foreign-led, acknowledged the loss in an early speech.
BBC News – World Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was re-elected to a fourth term in a tight runoff against right-wing challenger Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, official results showed.
